B Bagel

B Bagel Soho is a bakery and delicatessen in Soho, focused on traditional bagel making. It opened several years ago and has become a favourite with bagel fans. The bagels are handcrafted, with a firm crust and a fluffy interior, made to old family recipes.

There's plenty to choose from. Cream cheeses, smoked salmon and other toppings sit alongside hot sandwiches, fresh salads and a range of drinks. The smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel is the most popular, with the salt beef close behind, served with mustard mayo, sauerkraut and gherkins. For something simpler, there's plain cream cheese or cheddar with sliced tomato. The flavoured cream cheeses, including chives and garlic, olive, and dill and cucumber, add a twist to the usual bagel.
