Soho has a genuine claim on London's art scene, and its galleries reflect that. You will find contemporary spaces showing modern and abstract work, smaller studios giving room to local artists, and the odd pop-up that is there one month and gone the next. It makes for a scene that keeps changing, which is half the appeal.

Photography is well served here, with venues covering plenty of styles and showing both established and newer names.
