Bone Daddies
Innovative Ramen and Japanese Flavours
About Bone Daddies
Bone Daddies Soho opened in 2012 and has built a name in Soho for its inventive take on Japanese ramen. The kitchen puts creative spins on traditional dishes, and the standout is a 20-hour pork bone broth that forms the base for its tantanmen ramen, made with spicy ground pork and a gooey egg.
The bar runs on an energetic rock 'n' roll atmosphere, with a playlist of classic rock behind the meal. Beyond the ramen, the menu takes in rice bowls, gyoza and a selection of small plates, so there is always something different to try. It works for a quick bite or a full meal, and suits both ramen regulars and people new to Japanese food.
