Bubbleology

Bubbleology has been in Soho since 2011, serving Bubble Tea. The space is full of colour, with neon lights and lively decor. You choose from a range of organic tea leaves, certified by the Soil Association, to put together your own drink. There are milk teas, fruit infusions and specials such as Bubble Fizz and cocktails.

Part of the appeal is the sense of play in picking your own combination. The shop also serves snacks to go with your drink, from popcorn chicken to spring rolls. It is a drink and an experience in one, in keeping with Soho's energy.
