Donutelier Soho

Doughnuts, Done Properly

About Donutelier Soho

Donutelier Soho brings a bit of French patisserie craft to the doughnut. The shop opened in 2022, founded by pastry chef Bertrand Faye, who carried techniques from his years in Parisian kitchens over to a bakery cafe in Soho. Step inside and you get the smell of fresh baking and an elegant fit-out, with seasonal ingredients running through everything on the counter.

The doughnuts are the heart of it: handmade, with inventive flavour combinations, careful textures and finishes that would not look out of place in a high-end patisserie. Presentation matters as much as taste here, and the work has earned write-ups in Vogue and Time Out London. Centrally placed in Soho, it pulls in both regulars and visitors after something sweet and a little different.
