El Camion

El Camion is a late-opening Mexican diner on Brewer Street in Soho, London, aimed squarely at the city's night owls. The kitchen turns out tacos and hearty burritos, with the al pastor tacos a standout: marinated in achiote paste and cooked on a spit. There's plenty for non-meat eaters too, with a solid spread of vegetarian and vegan options.

Upstairs there's a bar serving tequila cocktails, from a classic Margarita to something a bit more adventurous, all chosen to sit well with the spice of the food. The atmosphere is lively and the service friendly, so it's as much a place to unwind and socialise as it is to eat.
