Flute

Sky-high cocktails, Soho soul.

About Flute

Flute opened in November 2023 on the seventh floor of the independent Broadwick Soho hotel. It is a rooftop cocktail bar, designed by Martin Brudnizki, with animal-print banquettes, mirrored ceilings and cork-panelled walls. A wrap-around terrace frames views across Regent Street and towards St Paul's. Guests take the lift up and are met by hosts, the skyline and a changing playlist.

Behind the onyx counter the bartenders shake cocktails such as the citrus-bright 'Night and the City', and the kitchen sends out small dishes made for sharing. First-time visitors and local regulars mix easily. TripAdvisor reviewers praise the service and the menu, and Mr & Mrs Smith lists the bar as one to visit. The parent hotel features in Forbes and the Michelin Guide.

Regular events include Champagne-and-Caviar afternoons and DJ-led twilight sessions. The terrace holds up to 175 standing, which makes it a useful spot for private launches and corporate receptions. Reservations are contact-free, pricing is set out clearly, and staff are trained through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
