Honest Burgers 

Honest Burgers opened in 2011 and has built a steady following among Soho locals and visitors. It leans on quality and sustainability, sourcing locally right down to the craft beer and the homemade sauces. The patties are made with British beef and topped with combinations that go a bit further than the standard.

The Soho site is an easy one to reach, a few minutes' walk from both Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square stations, which makes it work for a quick lunch, a relaxed dinner or something more of an occasion.

The menu shifts with the seasons, so it isn't the same every visit. Despite the chain growing, the focus has stayed on honesty, quality and locally sourced ingredients, served with friendly staff in a laid-back room.
