Honest Greens, known in the UK as hg Soho, is a real food restaurant in Soho, London, focused on seasonal cooking and Mediterranean flavours prepared from scratch. The brand started in Barcelona in 2017 and grew across Spain and Portugal before opening its first UK site in Soho in December 2025. The approach is straightforward: fresh ingredients, minimal processing, and plates built around vegetables, grains and well-sourced proteins.

The menu is organised around bowls, market plates, sides and sharing dishes, with add-on proteins for a more filling meal. The cooking leans on bold dressings, good texture and balance. Drinks follow the same line, with quality coffee and other low-fuss options. The menu shifts through the year, keeping repeat visits interesting while holding on to the staples, and staff can talk through ingredients and allergens.

The restaurant highlights work with local British producers where it can, in keeping with its focus on traceable supply and seasonality. In 2025 its sustainability work was recognised with the Food Made Good Standard from The Sustainable Restaurant Association.
