Lazy Oaf

Be weird. Be wonderful.

About Lazy Oaf

Lazy Oaf started in 2001 as a hobby. Founder Gemma Shiel hand-printed T-shirts in a North London garage and sold them at a market stall. From there it grew into a lifestyle brand based in Soho, London, one that has always put creativity and fun ahead of fast trends or big profits.

The Soho store is full of colour and character. You'll find quirky graphic tees, bold accessories and one-off prints, with every item feeling personal and playful. It isn't only about clothes. The shop leans into self-expression and community, and on celebrating what makes people different.

The designs tend to mix humour with heart, whether that's a statement jumper or a limited-edition print. Collaboration matters here too. Gemma works with artists and makers from around the world to keep the collections original and fresh. Despite the years of growth, Lazy Oaf has held onto its roots: doing things its own way and supporting emerging talent.
