Masala Zone

A True Taste of India in London.

About Masala Zone

Masala Zone was established in 2001 with a clear aim: to serve the authentic flavours of India. It came from the people behind Chutney Mary and Veeraswamy, set up as a counter to the many places that misrepresented Indian cooking. Rather than follow the familiar Bangladeshi curry-house model, Masala Zone set out to present genuine Indian dishes of the kind eaten daily in India, and that approach quickly won admiration.

The first Masala Zone opened in Soho, and the response was strong enough to make it one of the UK's favourite Indian dining spots. London now has four of them. Each shares the same commitment to authentic flavours, friendly service and distinctive design, but every restaurant has its own look, so a visit is as much about the setting as the meal.
