Mr Fogg's Gin Club sits beneath the Hat Tavern, reached through a discreet door. It is a gin bar with a millinery theme that plays on a festive, year-round cheer, and the conceit ties the craft of hat-making to the craft of gin. Behind that door waits a large selection of seasonal gins, each served with a bit of ceremony.

Inside, the space is small and cosy. Mr Fogg's collection of fine gins lines the walls, and guests can pick a hat from a trunk to wear, a nod to the idea of Fogg and his circle enjoying a glass during a private hat fitting. The bar itself is styled as a milliner's bench, which gives the room much of its character.
