Rudy's Pizza Napoletana serves authentic Neapolitan pizza in Soho. The first Rudy's opened in Ancoats, Manchester, in 2015, and the Soho branch is one of the newer additions to the group. Naples is the birthplace of pizza, and the kitchen sticks closely to the traditions that come with it.
