Söderberg

Söderberg is a cafe chain that began in Edinburgh and now has seven branches. This one opened on Berwick Street in January 2019, bringing classic Swedish fare to Soho. The kitchen uses good ingredients across an all-day menu that runs from brunch and lunch into the evening. A coffee with a cardamom bun is the easy choice.

The evening menu adds another side, with platters, smörrebröd and savoury waffles. The drinks carry a Scandinavian twist, including the signature Fika Martini, made with Lake Vättern vodka and homemade Johan & Nyström coffee liqueur. The Lingonberry Cosmo, Negröni and Söderberg Bellini round out the list.
