About TALA
TALA opened its first-ever bricks-and-mortar store on Carnaby Street in May 2025, turning what had been an online-led activewear brand into a physical destination. The double-fronted shop at 3-4 Carnaby runs across two floors and around 2,000 sq ft, giving the label room to show a range that had, until then, mostly lived on screens.
For anyone shopping for an activewear store in Soho, it is a purpose-built stop. TALA built its following on well-priced, sustainability-minded gym and leisurewear, and the Carnaby flagship brings that in full: leggings, tops, sports bras and layers to try on in person, in a space designed to feel more like a studio than a stockroom.
What to expect from this activewear store in Soho
Expect the brand's core activewear across two floors: leggings and sculpting bottoms, sports bras, tops and everyday layers, with the fit-focused, size-considered approach that made TALA's name online. Being able to try the pieces on is much of the point, and the double-fronted store gives it space to lay the collections out properly.
The brand and the flagship
The move to Carnaby marked TALA's step from digital-first label to high-street fixture, and it landed in one of London's busiest fashion streets. It sits among the area's activewear and lifestyle names, near Sweaty Betty, with more of the area's stores in our Soho shops listings.
How a visit works
TALA Carnaby opens Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm and Sunday from noon to 6pm, as a walk-in store in the pedestrian zone. Collections and stock are on the brand's official site, and the flagship opening was covered by Retail Gazette.
