Temper

Temper sits below Broadwick Street in Soho, built around a large fire pit. It deals in meat, mezcal and tacos. You can sit at the counter and watch the chefs work, or take a leather booth and settle in. The meat comes from English farms, then it is aged and butchered in-house before being cooked over open flames.

The kitchen is run by a team of butchers, and the meat is served either in corn tacos or on freshly made parathas, so you build the plate the way you want it. There is a Sunday roast and a Saturday bottomless brunch as well, and the space takes large groups and special occasions.
