The Assembly Rooms
Pioneers in Film Editing
About The Assembly Rooms
The Assembly Rooms is a Soho film editing house founded in 2004 by Nik Hindson and Sam Rice-Edwards. It has grown into one of London's leading editing companies, with a team of sixteen award-winning editors. The work runs across commercials, promos, short films, documentaries and features.
The company is built around storytelling, not just cutting footage, and that shows in the close working relationships it keeps with directors, producers and agencies. Even after expanding to seven suites, the Soho townhouse has held on to its boutique feel. That intimate setup lets the editors get a proper handle on each client's vision, which is much of why the place has stayed a steady name in London editing.
