The Crown

The Crown is a Nicholson's pub in Soho with a long history. It stands on the site of a former concert hall, where a 9-year-old Mozart gave a recital in 1765. These days it is a proper pub, with a spacious dark-wood interior that gives it a classic, welcoming feel and plenty of room to gather with friends.

The draw is the drink and the food. There is a good selection of real ales and a menu of traditional pub fare with enough variety to suit most tastes. Sitting close to Piccadilly Circus and Regent Street, it makes an easy stop for locals and visitors after a day around the city, whether for a pint, a meal, or just the historic surroundings.
