Waxy O'Connor's

Waxy O'Connor's is an Irish pub on Rupert Street in Soho, London, and it has been trading for more than twenty years. The interior is the talking point: six floors built to look like an old Irish forest, with wooden staircases and tree branches winding through the rooms. Each floor has its own feel.

The pub trades on live Irish music and a lively crowd, and there are dedicated areas for live sport, including Gaelic games and international football. The kitchen serves traditional Irish dishes, and the bar runs a good few beers on tap alongside an extensive whiskey collection. It makes for a solid night out in Soho.
