Rupert Court is a narrow pedestrian alley linking Rupert Street to Wardour Street, in the part of southern Soho that now forms Chinatown. The block was laid out in the late 17th century; the court was first called George Court and took the name Rupert in the 19th century, after Prince Rupert, cousin of Charles I.
The Blue Posts pub stands at its corner, and a shopfront and first-floor window survive from a 1920s Regency Revival rebuild. The court is said to have been the site of one of the Beatles' earliest photo shoots. Today it is lined with Chinese restaurants and small businesses.
