Wardour Mews is a small mews tucked between Wardour Street and D'Arblay Street in the north of Soho. It appears in the 1832 Robson's street directory, marking it as one of the older service backstreets of the Pulteney estate development rather than a modern insertion.
Like most Soho mews it began as stabling and workshop space behind the main frontages. Today it runs to a quiet mix of residential flats, serviced apartments and small offices spread over the low mews buildings, a short walk from Oxford Street and the Soho Theatre.
